backyard and garage. With prior approval, furniture in the house may be used for the

production.

Next door to the Rachman house, The Picket Fence House offers, a living room with

fireplace, separate kitchen and dining room that opens to a large private patio, a family

room / office with fireplace.

A large front yard for shooting or for catering when filming next door at the Rachman

House.

Production Company will provide:

for the floors · All Heating and air conditioning
